Very nice. New. Clean. Impressed. Everything except the person at the counter is done with class. Tatoos, bad attitude, unfriendly .... Clearly did not go to hospitality class. Sept 29 @ 9 pm just so you know. To add. Had dinner last night and our waiter just resigned as an asst manager at this Holiday Inn as he said owner ship told him there policy is to more with less. This in regards to hiring appropriate staffing. So there is the issue. The culture starts at the top. Nice hotel - very poor mgmt
I liked it till the old lady that puts out breakfast told me she hopes I choke on my plate!!!
The hotel is nice and accommodations are fine, however, every time I have to call the hotel and speak to the front desk they are rude and act as if I am causing them an inconvenience. sometimes I have to call after check out and request a receipt because it is not sent to me and they are so incredibly rude and bothered by the fact that they have to send me a receipt. It is making me not want to stay there anymore.
