I would recommend Ooh LaLa Travel to anyone who wants to leave the worries of vacation with the agency. You won’t get this kind of service with AAA and the costs are better!!!
This is the 3rd time using Carrie's services and she never disappoints! The 1st trip which turned into a disaster, not because of her service, but due to the property we had her book for us - she was there for us every minute until we returned home and that was worth every penny; 2nd trip was to Mexico and understanding our likes and tastes, picked the perfect place for our vacation; and now just returning from our 3rd trip - this time to Jamaica and again, we had a fabulous vacation. I will NEVER not use Carrie when booking a trip!
Carrie booked my trip of a lifetime to Iceland. Just returned last night and have nothing but GREAT things to day about it! Everything she suggested was great from the hotel she booked to all the activities she planned for us. We had a wonderful trip and will Carrie for EVERYTHING in the future!

My husband and I were looking for a honeymoon destination and Carrie went above and beyond to help us. We gave her a budget and an idea of what we liked and she gave us a ton of options and honest opinions of each resort. The process was easy after that because Carrie took care of everything from booking our flights, confirming our reservations, sending us lists of optional excursions, etc. All we had to do was show up and have a wonderful time, which we did! Carrie is by far the most hard working, honest and patient travel agent. my husband and I had the most amazing trip to Mexico last year. I am not a frequent traveler so my anxiety was high. Carrie took ALL my anxiety away by making sure my entire flight itinerary and trip were in black and white details for me. I would never travel anywhere without using her services
