The staff is always helpful to give local information to people from out of town.
Do NOT rent from this location. I was double billed and the staff promised to take care of it for 4 months and never did. Save your money; rent elsewhere.
Don't do it. They lost the reservation completely even though my brother was charged and had the confirmation page. Then they wanted to restart the whole process and charge him again.
The staff is welcoming and helpful. Keep in mind that it's more of a satellite site than a flagship store.
Do NOT rent from this location!! Stay away at all costs!! They are awful.. If you would have asked me a year ago I would say they were good, but over the past year they have people working there that have no idea what they are doing! People that do not know how to use a computer and are extremely slow. When you do a reservation online you expect it to speed up the process so you can pick up the rental and be on your way, not stand around for an hour waiting for someone to figure out how to use a computer. On top of that both times the SUV was filthy inside and out!!! Do yourself a favor and save yourself from the aggravation of renting from here. If I could give zero stars I would, it's that bad.
The customer service from the he 1800 number should really explain how payments are taken better and more accurately before sending people to the actual locations. Once we got to the store to pick up the rental car, the manager wasn't very friendly, didn't offer any helpful suggestions as to how we could fix the mix up that the customer service had originally given us, he just said have a nice day and let us walk out the door. If I hadn't been in an emergency to go and get my kids, I wouldnt have walked back in. It was inconvenient to have to jump through so many hoops just to give these people $570 for a rental, but I made it happen, thanks to the excellent folks at my credit card company. I wouldn't rent from them again. I would try somewhere else before I went back to this location.
